MLST QuickBooks Integration

This integration is operated by Machine Learning Street Talk ("MLST") for internal business operations. It is not a public multi-tenant software product.

What this app does

The app connects MLST's internal tooling to QuickBooks Online to retrieve and, when explicitly authorized, manage accounting information such as invoices, receivables, balances, payment status, and related bookkeeping data.

What data may be accessed

The integration may access QuickBooks company information, customers, invoices, payments, reports, balances, and accounting metadata required for internal finance workflows.

How data is used

Data is used only for MLST's internal accounting, finance operations, reporting, reconciliation, and communication with MLST's accountant and authorized operators.

How data is shared

Data is not sold. Data may be shared only with MLST personnel, approved contractors, and professional advisers such as accountants where necessary for legitimate business operations.

Security

MLST uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access tokens and financial data. Access is limited to authorized internal workflows and operators.

Retention

Data and derived notes may be retained for operational, accounting, compliance, and audit purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
